Welcome to Aber 25!

It is with great joy that we welcome you to the 2025 Annual Conference of the Evangelical Movement of Wales in beautiful Aberystwyth. We give thanks that the conference has long been a place where hearts have been stirred and minds shaped by the Word of God. As we gather in this familiar setting, surrounded by the sea, hills and brothers and sisters in Christ, we trust that the Lord will once again speak clearly through His Word and minister to every one of us. Whether you are a long-time attendee or here for the first time, we are delighted to have you with us for this special week of fellowship and spiritual refreshment.

This year’s main speaker will focus on the theme Homeward Bound. Vaughan Roberts will lead us through the Songs of Ascent (Psalms 120–134) during the morning sessions in the Great Hall, Tuesday through Friday. May his preaching inspire us to reflect on God’s faithfulness, protection, and strength as we journey toward His presence and our eternal rest.

We are grateful once again for a full programme of faithful teaching and ministry throughout the week. We hope this guide gives you all the information you need about the events and helps you find your way to everything you want to attend.

Please remember to pray for those serving during the conference, and take the opportunity to connect with others—both familiar faces and new friends. If this is your first time here, we warmly invite you to the Welcome Meeting in Y Sgubor (in the middle of the PJM and Fferm Penglais site) at 6:30pm on Saturday. We’ll help you make the most of your week and guide you if you need directions.
